Backend Hosting Support

At WNPL, we offer a variety of options for hosting the backend server and database of your application. You can choose to host it internally within your organization or let us host it for you on a cloud infrastructure of your choice, such as Azure from Microsoft or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

To ensure the security of your data, we can set up a secure network infrastructure that includes load balancers, firewalls, and access control lists (ACLs). This infrastructure provides secure communication channels for the web servers to access the application, protecting sensitive data and preventing unauthorized access.

We also ensure the availability of your application at very high traffic and user loads by hosting the web servers behind load balancers in the cloud. Additionally, we have experience setting up and supporting a variety of databases, including SQL, NoSQL, graph, and time-series databases, from vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, and open source options.

For image, video, and other files, we host them separately to improve availability and enhance efficiency of storing and retrieval. Our expertise in making such assets available through edge locations on the cloud also increases the speed of loading for your application, providing an enhanced user experience.

Support for release of mobile app projects

At WNPL, we understand that releasing a custom software project can be a complex process. Our team is here to guide you through each step of the release process, from hosting the software to submitting the mobile app to app stores. Here's how we can help:

Hosting the software: We can help you find the ideal cloud hosting environment for your custom software and backend server. This includes setting up accounts with cloud hosting providers like Azure, AWS, and more.

App Store submission: We can help you set up an account with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store developer program, prepare the application for submission (including preparing binaries and signed certificates), and create images, descriptions, and screenshots for the App Store listing. We'll also handle the upload of the app binaries to the respective App Stores and submit the app for review. If necessary, we'll follow up on any review questions from the app stores.

Other app stores: In addition to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, there are other app stores that can be useful for promoting your app to your intended audience. We can help you identify these stores and, if necessary, support publishing to them.

Beta testing: Once the app is published, we can arrange beta testing with professional groups to thoroughly test your mobile application. We can also help you with ad-hoc distribution, which authorizes a limited set of devices to run your app. This mode of publishing is ideal for beta testing or for internal testing if your intended audience is less than 50.

In-house distribution: If the app is not intended for public release, we can help you with in-house distribution for Apple iOS apps. This allows greater control and security for apps that are only used within the organization.
